Our Fees

Individual Therapy sessions are 50-minutes in length and are charged at $150-$170 (depending on experience and expertise) per session if paid at the time of service. Individual therapy can be billed to your insurance.
Couples Counseling and Marriage Therapy sessions are 50-minutes in length and are charged at $150-$170 (depending on experience and expertise) per session if paid at the time of service. Couples counseling and marriage therapy are not billed to insurance. These service are paid for by the couple at the time of the service.
Chronic pain and mind-body coaching are a specialty service based on Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Somatic Processing. If you are interested in this service, please reach out and we can give you more information about pricing based on your personal needs.

Individual therapy can be billed to your insurance. We are “in-network” with Premera and First Choice Insurance and we do courtesy billing on your behalf. We also do courtesy billing for City of Yakima Employees who have EBMS insurance as a “thank you” to our first responders.
We are “out-of-network” with all other insurance companies. But, wait! There is still good news.
The good news: you are able to work with our team and your chosen therapist—even if they’re out-of-network—by using a tool called a superbill.
What Is a Superbill?
A superbill is a detailed receipt your therapist provides after each session that you can submit to your insurance company to request partial reimbursement for your sessions. Most insurance companies will reimburse 50-80% of the session fees after you have met your deductible.

We do not work with insurance companies for this service and do not provide “superbills” for insurance reimbursement.
